Course Description

Develop your leadership effectiveness and contribution to management decision-making by building a deep understanding of critical concepts in strategy, marketing, human resources and management.

Through case studies, guest speakers and interactive lectures, this specialist qualification will give you a greater appreciation of the keys to business success.

Who Should Apply

Professionals from early career to senior leaders, seeking to extend their business, managerial and leadership skills and knowledge.

Successfully complete four subjects, including two core (6.25 points each) and two elective subjects (6.25 points each).

Assessment

Each subject is formally assessed to meet the accreditation requirements of the University of Melbourne and designed to be practical and relevant to industry professionals.

For scheduled dates and assessment details, refer to the relevant subject in the course structure above. Assessments are to be submitted within four weeks from the on-campus participation.

Entry Requirements

An undergraduate degree or equivalent qualification, plus at least three years of documented, relevant professional experience; or
10 years of documented, relevant professional experience that demonstrates the capacity to successfully undertake the course

This course is available for domestic students (Australian or New Zealand citizens, Australian permanent residents and Australian permanent humanitarian visas).

Course Fees

The 2018 subject fee is A$3,200 (GST exempt) and includes tuition, materials and meals during the on-campus participation.

Each subject fee is due prior to the on-campus participation.

Fee Inclusions

Fees include tuition, course materials and access to on-line resources and catering (morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea) during intensive delivery of subjects.

As enrolled students of the University of Melbourne, students have access to a range of facilities and amenities provided by the University of Melbourne.

FEE HELP

FEE-HELP is a loan from the Australian Government to cover tuition fees and is available to Australian Citizens only.
